Company Goals

In an effort to create ethical and equitable art collaboration Carnal Productions is seeking to implement the following goals :

HOURLY RATES for all company-produced rehearsal time.

--This means performers will be paid during allotted workshop/act creation time, general rehearsals, tech/dress rehearsals, and brush-up rehearsals.

  CAST MEMBER RETAIN OWNERSHIP of solo acts post-production. 

-- Once an act is retired or a cast member leaves the production, and the contractually determined holding period has passed, the act is moved into the possession of the solo artist.

 CUSTOM-FIT SOLO COSTUMES available for purchase

to cast post-production.

--Once an act is retired or a cast member leaves the production, and the contractually determined holding period has passed, the costume piece(s) provided by Carnal Productions will be made available for purchase at-cost by the solo artist.

CO-OP MODEL once stabilization is reached.

--Cast members will have the option to engage in shared ownership of Carnal Productions to invest in mutually beneficial collaboration with long-term

Safety:

Due

 to the intimate nature of our performance and production style the following safety protocols will be put in place to protect performers.

Consent

 checks at all rehearsals and shows.

Pressure

 checks before all BDSM/Intimate scenes. ‘Contingency Choreography,' that is rehearsed and ready to swap in.

Stop

 Down procedure for realtime safety concerns.
